I have recently begun following your luxury blog, as I frequently perform online searches for rental cars and found your website to be informative and also entertaining.  I live in Chicago, which you have recently begun to service with your fleet of luxury car rentals.

There are times when I attempt to contact luxury rental companies in the area, and they lack the tact to even answer their phone.  I think this is extremely unprofessional, so I never followed up with a second attempt to do business with them. 

Other so-called “luxury” companies do not have in stock what I consider to be luxury cars.  For example, while they may have a BMW or two, they lack the bad boys like Ferrari, Bentley and Rolls-Royce. 

I would like to see how your level of service relates to my needs, and what exotic cars you have available in Chicago.  I will not suffer another company promising me the stars and then falling far short.

Thanks for taking time out to check out our website, we work very hard to maintain a constantly updated source of luxury news, information and entertainment for our fans and readers.

That said, yes, we have recently expanded into the greater Chicago area, and are thrilled with the response we have received since our debut!  Chicago is truly a remarkable city, international business hub, and a happening place to do just about anything.  It was for those reasons we opted to open up operations there.

As for your unfortunate experience with luxury car rental companies not answering your calls, we would like the opportunity to make their shortcommings your advantage.  We are known for our concierge approach to service in Miami, South Beach, New York, Los Angeles and now starting in Chicago.  We would love to show you how easy it is to rent our exotic cars, and how all you need to do is pick up the phone and give us a call (which we always answer).
