A Better Bull to Ride: The Lamborghini Murciélago LP670-4 SuperVeloce

Attention speed fiends and adrenaline addicts; Lamborghini has what you need! Automobili Lamborghini has upgraded the 640 horsepower Murciélago coupe and roadster which means there’s a better bull to ride. The Murciélago LP670-4 SuperVeloce is much lighter and more powerful than older examples. Total weight loss is 220 pounds and the already-fierce Murciélago 6.5 liter V12 engine has been intensified. Engine plus freer-flowing exhaust system give the new Murciélago its 30 horsepower boost. Statistically speaking the SuperVeloce does zero to 60 mph in 3.2 seconds and tops out at 212 mph, which should feed your need for speed.  In English, the Lamborghini Murciélago LP670-4 SuperVeloce translates: “LP” for Longitudinale Posteriore, or the engine’s longitudinal, north to south, direction and rear-end placement; “670” for the horsepower capacity; “-4” for the four driven wheels; and SuperVeloce, which is Italian for “superfast.”

Lamborghini will produce only 350 Murciélago LP670-4 SuperVeloce and don’t expect too many to make it to America.  Pricewise, the “superfast” sports car is about 20% more than the standard Murciélago LP640 coupe.  This means that the speed you want, need and require is going to cost about $440,000.  Remember price is nothing when compared to Lamborghini passion.
