It is a challenge to control the 640 horses in the Lamborghini Murcielago LP640. For that reason, driving a supercar is a task that should certainly never be attempted after leaving a watering hole with motor skills and judgment impaired. Intoxicating as this sports car is, it should be operated stone cold sober. A thirsty German learned this lesson the hard way when he experienced a high speed Lamborghini crash! The important thing is that a lesson was learned, because that means he indeed survived.
With so few Bugatti cars in existence, crashes are rare occurrences. That notion doubles for special edition rare Bugatti models, like the Sang Blanc! In 2008, Bugatti built 15 ‘Sang Noir’ special edition Grand Sport Veyron cars in black, and just one ‘Sang Blanc’ white car. You can see the one-off Sang Blanc post crash photo below!
This one-off Bugatti beauty lasted about 5 years before the crash in Southern France
The one Sang Blanc Bugatti was delivered to a very fortunate Brit, who ordered it with the steering on the left in order to drive it in Europe. The details are confusing, though it is said to have changed hands once before the crash. There is no word on what caused the crash, but while the damage appears minimal, the repair bills will not be as gentle!
Not every supercar in the world can be the fastest, that title currently belongs to the Bugatti Veyron Super Sport, a very special car. However, many are contenders on any track, and appear fast even when parked! Any of the following exotic sports cars are plenty fast, and should be purchased on the basis of appearances alone!
The Veyron SS not only makes jaws drop with its gorgeous body, it also makes cheeks flap when it reaches insane speeds of up to 263 miles per hour! Even though Bugatti is fast, it definitely has much competition in the aesthetics arena, like the following stunners!
The following cars look like they could melt asphalt at any given second:
