Cancer is a devastating illness, and it is even more so when it happens to a child. This June, Chrysler will hold a luxury auction, featuring the new Viper, and proceeds shall benefit pediatric cancer research! Hot car, heartfelt cause!

‘Racing to Win’ benefits the Austin Hatcher Foundation for Pediatric Cancer and also the American Le Mans racing series

The very first new Viper will hit the auction block June 22-24th at Barrett-Jackson in Orange County. Proceeds will go to the Austin Hatcher Foundation for Pediatric Cancer, which is fittingly the official charity of the American Le Mans Series. Chrysler also took the opportunity to announce its intentions to resume racing in the Le Mans series, which is exciting!

2013 Viper

A child’s health is priceless–but what exactly is the 2013 SRT Viper worth?
MSRP for the 2013 model is around $100,000, and the first 2013 Corvette 427 nabbed an incredible $600,000 at Barrett-Jackson Scottsdale. The proceeds from that auction also went to a good cause, supporting AARP’s Drive to End Hunger food relief program.

The Viper is red hot!

Will the first Viper even come close to that phenomenal sum of currency? I am guessing no, though we will just have to wait until the summer to see what amount of money will change hands! Don’t miss our fleet of luxury cars to rent in a city near you on your way out!
