STK steakhouse has just made its South Beach debut, opening a new location within the luxurious Gansevoort Hotel.  The long awaited arrival of this popular culinary treasure has come to a mouth-watering end with the opening of the doors.

This is no ordinary steakhouse, but a celeb sought-after dazzler with quite the following, including Fergie, Josh Duhamel, Michael Bay, Robin Givens and more.  Prior to the South Beach debut, STK Gansevoort held a several tastings and “friends and family” trials for a select lucky few.

Executive Chef Todd Mark Miller has designed an exceptional menu, infusing some of Miami’s local international flavors and produce.  It certainly provides an international alternative to traditional steakhouse flare, and Miami is known for its trendy and delicious blend of culture and all that is culinary.

Now let’s get to the heart of the restaurant, the meat.  STK is obviously short for steak, and the menu boasts an array of cuts and sizes of the finest meats, specializing in steak, of course.  This is the place if you are seeking tantilyzingly tender cuts of steak in an upscale arena.  

Not a fan of red meat?  Other exotic options include Big Eye Tuna with roasted pineapple, shrimp rice krispies, organic free range roasted chicken with butternut squash.  It is a zesty enterprise, a table set for success.

The Miami STK location features sophisticated white leather banquettes and a catwalk across the back bar.  The nude color palate sends a luxurious vibe to the stylish modern steakhouse.  There is a spacious DJ lounge and an upstairs area of private dining lounges and a bar for those special nights out.  

Miami’s social scene has been anticipating the opening of STK in the Gansevoort, and it is the current place to see and be seen pulling up in your Aston Martin, Ferrari rental, or new Jimmy Choo’s.  STK is located at 2377 on the prestigious Collins Avenue if you are eager for a taste.
