Imagine Lifestyles recently hosted its’ launch party for the new location that opened in Chicago.  Numerous clients and guests, as well as employees, were put up in the Trump Tower Chicago for the weekend of the event.  One of Chicago’s premier luxury hotels, we were extremely excited to offer everyone such a magnificent hotel for their visit to Chicago.  The Trump has been an excellent business partner for us here in Chicago since our doors opened and we continue to look forward to working with them and their guests.  Every weekend, guests can see Imagine Lifestyles Chicago luxury rental cars parked out front of the Trump and we look forward to keeping that relationship strong.  After the finalization of our launch party weekend, we reached out to a few clients and employees to get some feedback on their experiences at the Trump as well as some of the local restaurants and clubs they visited while they were here.  Below is a list of some common pros and cons that we repeatedly saw from numerous responses.

Pros:

•    Incredible views of the city
•    Concierge staff was helpful overall excellent service
•    Electronic shades in the rooms were very popular
•    Spa rooms have a incredible tubs with special soaps and salts
•    Restaurants on the premises are fabulous
•    Doormen and Valet were able to get taxis extremely fast
•    TV’s in bathroom mirrors are a great perk
•    Overall ambience of hotel is beautiful
•    Restaurant Sixteen offered one of the best views of the city

Cons:

•    Bottled water was too expensive.  Bling was $25 a bottle.
•    No Isotonic Foam Pillows were available on ‘Pillow Menu’
•    Need a remote control for the electronic shades
•    Shower heads in bathrooms were not rain style
•    Service in restaurants on premises had very slow service
•    Spas do not have separate locker rooms for gym and pool

The overall feedback of each guest was extremely positive when questioned about his or her stay at the Trump Tower.  By no means are we trying to discredit the enjoyment and value of a stay at the Chicago Trump Tower.  The amount of positive responses outweighed the negatives two-fold and all of our clients agreed they would stay at the Trump Tower next time they came to Chicago.  We look forward to continue building upon our relationship with the Trump and will continue to recommend the hotel to our clients upon request.  For all of your luxury needs in Chicago, feel free to contact Imagine Lifestyles Chicago office.
