At Imagine Lifestyles, we never hold back a great dining tip from our awesome fanbase, and this week we want to tell you about “Asia de Cuba”, located within the chic and luxurious Mondrian Hotel South Beach.

During the official North American introduction for the Lexus LFA supercar, Lexus hosted a welcome dinner at Asia de Cuba, attended by Kristy Sullivan of Imagine Lifestyles.  Driving the LFA at the Homestead racetrack certainly trumped the dinner, but that was to be expected out of such an amazing machine. I will say that the dinner was a scrumptious second. 

Not only is the Mondrian Hotel one of South Beach’s best upscale accommodations, Asia de Cuba is a delectable treat for the palate-with an exotic infusion of Asian and Cuban flavors.  It was a delicious introduction to both cultures. 

Guests dining at Asia de Cuba can enjoy a menu designed to tempt the taste buds, while also taking in a stunning view of the intercoastal waterway and Miami city skyline.  Just through the windows diners can view the pool area, complete with gorgeous cabanas and stretching views of the intercoastal. 

The ambiance is a sharp contrast of white on white, set off with glittering chandeliers to reflect the sensuous Florida sunset and transition the mood from day to dinner hour in style.  There is one massive white marble communal table, and a few other tables peppered around the room where diners can enjoy succulent tuna crudo, braised beef, spring rolls and miso cod over black bean salad and more.
