The Racing Group (TRG) has been busying itself developing an Aston Martin Daytona prototype. The California-based TRG team has partnered with Aston Martin Racing to form TRG-AMR North America, LLC. Their mutual goals are paving the way for a very exciting racing circuit.
The V12 Aston Martin Vantage GT3
Kevin Buckler, owner of TRG, described the Aston Martin Daytona prototype as follows: “The V12 engine sounds fantastic, but for what’s being developed, that’s not the exact package we’re looking at. There’s still a lot of work to be done, but the vision we’re aiming towards, if you want to try and picture it, is to have two DP cars coming down the front straight at Daytona that look like a prototype version of the GT3 car.”
