The hydrogen beast completed an impressive 4-hour trip around the Nurburgring with Aston Martin CEO Ulrich Bez behind the wheel. It is the first supercar releasing zero CO2 emissions to complete racing pace laps at the track. The ability to run on just hydrogen for long periods of time is a direct threat to electric hybrid cars, which require semi-frequent charging and therefore cannot compete in long endurance races and events.
