Rumors have been flying back and forth that there will be a Range Rover Evoque convertible pretty much since its birth. The latest murmurings are that Land Rover has finally given the Evoque the green light to take its top off. Is it true?

Some automotive blogs are stating that a source from Land Rover stated that the Evoque convertible has the green light and will be built. We must wait for official word for this interesting turn-about. 

The Range Rover Evoque convertible concept first appeared at the 2012 Geneva Motor Show. While it certainly sounds a bit bizarre, as you can see from the photos, it is not actually too terrible. I cannot decide if I am into it or if it is off-putting, though I would like the opportunity to take it for a spin to see if it grows on me. read more
