Think of it as the ugly duckling of sorts, it just stands out. The rare black MC12 recently netted over a million at Mecum Auction House, $1.575 million to be exact.

The black MC12 Maserati car opens up to a fine dark blue leather cockpit with all of the high-end interior accents one would expect from the brand at that point in time. The overall look was finished off with a pair of 7-spoke shoes with a sporty red center on one side and blue on the other—which is a bit odd, but this is the odd duck of the bunch!
