The Penthouse that Comes with a Lamborghini Huracan

A listing agent became quite creative recently, appealing to not only those seeking luxury digs but also the right ride for the package. There is a penthouse with perks in Las Vegas that comes with a shiny Lamborghini Huracan. The Huracan is the latest model from the badge, and is perfect for the Las Vegas scene.

Lamborghini HuracanThe penthouse is on the 59th floor of the Palms Casino Resort and is owned by Phil Maloof. Maloof hails from the family that built the Palms, and the penthouse is simply spectacular, matched only by the somewhat complimentary Lamborghini. The Huracan comes with the penthouse with a prepaid two-year lease on the $240k car.

The listing at a glance:

  • The penthouse at the Palms sprawls over 27,000 square feet. To put that into perspective, that is enough for a New Yorker to get lost in.
  • The interior is modern chic, but the rooftop amenities are where all bets are off. The rooftop outdoor space features a 20-person hot tub, DJ booth, bar, outdoor theater and 360 views of sin city. It could be the perfect Vegas style when it comes to entertaining.
  • Besides the Lamborghini Huracan, other perks of the property include: Private gym and elevator access, 35 flat screen televisions with home remote control, glass walls in every room, 3 bedrooms, 6 baths and a helipad.
  • It also comes with a Picasso and a Dali.

The property is lovingly referred to as the “founder’s penthouse”, and it is valued at $38 million. It has been on the market for a few months, which likely prompted the listing agent to sweeten the deal with the Lamborghini.

Fun fact: Maloof sold the Sacramento Kings for close to $350 million.
