If you live in Dubai and are in the market for a home and a sweet ride, there is a bizarre deal on the table! An ambitious real estate developer is looking to lure a buyer for a $15 million dollar penthouse by offering a free Lamborghini with purchase. There you go, housing and exotic sports car crisis solved. I assume a free parking spot is also part of the deal. 

The offer of the free Lamborghini with purchase of penthouse is from Damac Properties. The vehicle is not just a regular Lamborghini, but the swanky new(ish) $400,000 Aventador. This is, of course, because those in Dubai typically drive only the latest and greatest in supercars, and even a Dubai license plate must have desirable digits to avoid public shame.

About the Dubai penthouse

The luxury penthouse is located near Burj Khalifa, which happens to be the world’s tallest skyscraper. The apartment building boasting the penthouse is named the Damac Maison and is fitted with all expected luxury trimmings, just like an upscale hotel to call home. Services include concierge, spa, butler and private yacht and jet charters. Think of it as living on a permanent vacation in Dubai.

There are also less expensive units available in the building that come with complimentary rides like a BMW SUV or a Mini Cooper hatch. The offering of the free Lamborghini Aventador is a step up from last year’s offers, which included an Audi A8, 2014 Audi R8 and Audi A6 and A4.
