It is quite common for buyers of luxury vehicles to spend top dollar customizing them. It is not at all common for them to turn out as awesome as the Mansory Mercedes-Benz G63, which is pushing out a staggering 840 horses. If only the typical buyer was as awesome and innovative as high-performance aftermarket tuner Mansory is…the world would be a much better place…on the streets anyways.
The Mansory version of the 2013 Mercedes-Benz G63 AMG 6×6 is the stuff dreams are made of. The talented tuner took the 6-wheeled behemoth up to a perhaps insane 830 horses. The glorious AMG 6.6-liter twin-turbocharged V8 engine was nothing to scoff at to begin with–but the power increase is certainly a good way to attract those thirsty for more than just aggressive appearances.
The Mansory Mercedes-Benz G63 AMG at a glance:
- There is plenty of carbon fiber to play up that rough and edgy physique. The powerful beast looks more like a mythical creature after the Mansory touch.
- The standard Mercedes-Benz G63 AMG produces 536 horsepower, a figure that is impressive. Cranking it up to 830-ish left plenty of bragging space for Mansory.
- The cabin is coated with upgraded leather and fancy carbon fiber accents, Alcantara and even some sleek looking wood here and there.
The awesome aspects are that Mansory got their hands dirty with the AMG engine and installed racing components. They factored in as many racing parts as needed to transform the beast into an all-out monster, one that even Brabus did not deliver. That is right, aftermarket tuner Brabus also took a turn with the Mercedes-Benz G63 AMG, and the results did not yield as much power (just under 700 horses) or carbon.
