For those residing in slick climates or with the simple desire to add a bit more ice to their luxury rides, the Bentley Power on Ice driving school is now enrolling students for the Finland Winter 2014 Driving Experience. Ferrari and other brands offer winter driving schools, but Bentley has taken theirs a step further with the extreme location and amenities.
The Bentley Power on Ice Driving School is far from frigid
Located close to the edge of the Arctic Circle, the Bentley Power on Ice Driving School features a heart-freezing course around an isolated group of frozen lakes. According to Bentley’s website, the silence of these typically serene lakes is shattered annually with the rumbling of Bentley supercars ripping across the frozen tundra.

What students get from the Bentley Power on Ice Driving School:
- The opportunity to learn to maneuver a Bentley in the harshest natural conditions, truly testing the performance of the vehicle.
- Several days of personal instruction from the best in the business. This includes high speed driving, sideways drifting and extreme adrenaline that will keep drivers warm—along with the heated leather seating.
- Bentley instructors take the time to custom tailor each driving course to fit the needs of the student.
- Activities aside from driving on ice include: a nighttime husky dog sled safari, traditional Finnish smoke sauna, snowmobiling adventure and dinner at an historic reindeer farm.
- As is typical of a luxury company like Bentley, they are open to special requests for the trip. There is the option to add a private ice driving session with Juha Kankkunen and a helicopter trip to view the driving courses from above.
