Want a bit more power in your luxury car?  How about 888 horsepower?  G-Power, a German tuning company that focuses on BMWs has enhanced a BMW X6 to put out insane power, let’s discuss how.

Recently, BMW has used a V10 to power its illustrious M Series, spitting out 500 horsepower.  Both the BMW M5 and M6 have the V10 engine.  The company has now opted to use a V8 twin-turbo for the X6 and X5 M Series models and the new M5 is expected to use the new V8 as well.

In order to salute the former V10 BMW engine, G-Power has modified a BMW X6 to pound out an astounding 888 horsepower!  The 5.0-liter V10 was increased to a 5.5, and engine components were increased for strength allowing the X6 BMW to hit the 0-60 mark in 4.2 seconds with a top speed of 205 miles per hour. 

The twin-turbo 4.4-liter V8 kicked out a mere 555 horses, and was replaced by the 5.0-liter V10 from the regular BMW M5 and M6 models.  The master manipulation of increasing displacement to a 5.5-liter engine and adding MAHLE fake pistons, a 7 bearing crankshaft, and stronger joining rods and piston pins.  Two ASA T1-316 superchargers and an intercooler join with a revamped ECU to allow this luxury car to kick out the prescribed 888 horses, making the G-Power BMW X6 the fastest luxury SUV in the world.  Outstanding.
