Premier Financial Services filed legal documentation against JD in Georgia Superior Court regarding the financing of the white Murcielago worth $330,000. In the agreement, JD agreed to make 58 monthly payments of $4,323 for the exotic sports car.

The star paid a $70,000 down payment and kept up with the payments until 2009, when he dropped the ball and stopped paying the remaining few payments. Premier Financial repossessed the Lamborghini and sold it for $115,000 and are now seeking an additional $80,000 they say they are owed to cover their losses.

Perhaps JD should have invested more wisely?
