Kim Kardashian has a flair for the finer things in life, including a nice collection of luxury cars.  Recently, it has been reported that Kim is adding a bit of bling to her $250,000 Rolls Royce Ghost.

Kim knows that one of the perks of owning a luxury car vs. renting a luxury car is the freedom to customize.  And she apparently has the extra hundreds of grands laying around to spend vs. the few hundred for a rental Rolls!

The 30-year-old reality TV star hit up Platinum Motorsport in West Hollywood for $7,000 custom silver wheels, made exclusively for her.  She also added LED lights for the front of the Ghost, custom floor mats, new paneling and changed the interior ceiling color.   This is a girl who knows what she wants, and there is absolutely nothing wrong with that! I find her quite creative and artistic in her tastes. 

Kim has not shown us the upgraded interior of her Ghost yet!

The Kardashian clan has a soft-spot for hot exotic cars.  Last year, sister Khloe invested in a $400,000 Rolls Royce Phantom for hubby Lamar Odom to celebrate his Lakers’ championship win.  Sister Kourtney, however, gave boyfriend Scott Disick a royal scolding when he arrived home in a Rolls Royce Ghost. 

Kourtney told Scott on the episode of ‘Kourtney & Kim Take New York’ where the Ghost was purchased,

“This is ridiculous and embarrassing”.  I found her reaction to Scott’s purchase humorous because there is another episode of her shopping for a new luxury car in Miami; I believe it was a Maserati.  Kourt was pouting because she needed to upgrade to accommodate her new baby seat, and a Maserati is a two-seater sports coupe/convertible, not exactly a grocery-getter family ride!

Kim has taken a stiletto tip from Lady Gaga…ouchies, it looks painful!

Scott was then forced to return the car, but eventually got his way, as he has been spotted rolling around Hollywood in a Rolls Royce Phantom Drophead Coupe, the base model of which starts around $447,000.   While it could have been a Rolls Royce rental, I’d say it is safe to assume he owns it!
