Michael Jackson’s famed Neverland Ranch has emerged onto the market for an astonishing $23.9 million USD! The sprawling Los Angeles mansion where the King of Pop perished is already attracting attention, perhaps from a famous celebrity! This is certainly a prime piece of real estate!

The home was built in 2002 and offers over 17,000 square feet of living space. Jackson’s former sanctuary is being shown by LA realtor Mauricio Umansky, but only to qualified buyers (which means you must show him the money before he shows you the time of day). The contents of Neverland Ranch were sold at a luxury auction in December, with the exception of the bed and headboard, which Michael’s family felt would have been inappropriate.

The luxury property features 7 bedrooms and 13 bathrooms and the description of “centerpiece” of the “elegant and sophisticated French chateau estate”. The mansion boasts its own movie theater, gym and pool. Other unique amenities include 12 functional fireplaces, extensive manicured grounds, a ridiculously awesome guesthouse, gardens, wine cellar and tasting room and even an elevator.

What will become of this famous LA property? Unless it is purchased for use in reality television, it is hard to believe it will ever be as closely monitored as it was when Michael lived there!
