Chef Nobu Matsuhisa offers his culinary genius at various Nobu locations, including Beverly Hills, New York, London and now Las Vegas! Nobu Las Vegas is the first location to also offer guests luxury hotel accommodations, wedged within Caesar’s Palace! It is a hotel within a mega resort and now Matsuhisa and partner Robert De Niro can now add ‘hotelier’ to their impressive resume.
This marks the first venture into hotels for Nobu Hospitality, which operates Japanese restaurants in major cities around the world.
Nobu Las Vegas is nestled inside Caesar’s Palace, offering 181 elegantly appointed rooms. The project took three years to complete, and the results are impressive. According to general manager Gigi Vega, “It is offering boutique services right in the middle of Caesars Palace, and that’s really unique.” Vega added that the Nobu team has five more branded hotels in the works.
The hotel within a hotel offers the best of Nobu along with the excitement of Las Vegas’s famous megaresort, Caesar’s Palace. Adventurous foodies will delight in the atmosphere, which includes Zen gardens, origami-inspired décor and art by emerging Japanese artists. Rooms boast elegant black tiling, teak fittings and a bit of aromatherapy in the form of rosemary and white tea.
Promotional materials describe Nobu Las Vegas as “comfortable simplicity.”
The overall experience of Nobu begins at the door, where the hotel’s Range Rover fleet shuttles guests. There is also a shuttle available from Los Angeles to the Las Vegas location. Guests are welcomed by the concierge and escorted directly to their rooms where they can check-in on an iPad, maximizing privacy. Weekend rooms start at just $299, making it an affordable escape on the strip!
