Spring time in Chicago is usually packed full of stuff to do, stuff that will keep us busy until Summer is finally upon us.  I have compiled a list of some great things to do in the city that will make the most of your spring experience.

Shaw’s Crab House Silver Anniversary Oyster Special- Believe it or not today, April 19 and next Monday the 26th, Shaw’s (21 E. Hubbard St.) will be serving 25 cent oysters between 3-6 pm.  This is an amazing deal since they are normally 10 times that price.  Because they are celebrating their 25th year in operation, you have the privilege of indulging in succulent oysters for your pocket change.   Imagine Lifestyles will be there tonight without a doubt.  Look for our Bentley Continental GTC parked right in front.

Artropolis- From April 30th-May 3rd the Merchandise Mart will be hosting the fourth annual art, culture, and antiques fair.  For a $20 day pass, you can experience all that is arts and culture in this highly publicized event. 

Randolph Street Market Festival- Beginning on May 29th and continuing one weekend each month for the duration of summer is the Randolph Street Market Festival.  In its 7th year running, crowds will come from all over the city to experience this vast array of showcases.  It’s a Euro style indoor/outdoor fair that has everything from vintage collectibles, to indie designer apparel, to fancy foods.  It begins on the corner of Ada and Randolph in the West Loop. (Admission, $8-$10)

Bike the Drive- A great way to celebrate Memorial Day, take part in a great fundraiser, and get in shape is the annual "Bike The Drive", sponsored by MB Financial.  How cool would it be do actually ride your bike down the 15-mile stretch of Lake Shore Drive with no cars in sight??  Well here is your chance.  LSD will be shut down to all motor traffic for 5 hours on May 30th (5:30-10:30 am).  The event ends with a huge celebration in Grant Park.  To register, visit www.bikethedrive.org.
