The 1966 Shelby Cobra is one of just 2 made and was used as personal transportation by Carroll Shelby himself. Shelby is a renowned racer and performance car builder, and it was his custom order that led to the birth of the Shelby Cobra. Shelby is about 84 years old now and still revving things up!

His car was formerly a racecar but has been modified for street use. It has a 3-speed automatic transmission and hits the 0-60 mark in just over 3 seconds.

The 66’ boasts 800 horses and in Shelby’s own words,
"When I built this dual supercharged 427 Cobra in 1966, I wanted it to be the fastest, meanest car on the road. Forty years later, it will still kick the tail of just about anything in the world. It’s the fastest street legal Cobra I’ve ever owned."
