The 2015 Ferrari California T is a turbocharged slice of heaven and is currently attracting gawkers on the stages of the 2014 Geneva Motor Show. The Prancing Horse switched gears from the classic Ferrari red to a smooth white for the next-gen California display model–and it certainly looks phenomenal.

The hardware
Lurking under that exquisite hood is a brand new engine. While it is based largely on the 3.8-liter V8 of the Maserati Quattroporte, it busts out 552 horses and 556 pound-feet of torque. Power hits the rear wheels via a seven-speed dual-clutch and there is a flat-plane crankshaft. This all delivers a 0-60 jump of 3.6 with a top out around 195 miles per hour. That should get you to the office on time, and if you owned this, you would always leave an hour early.
Notice the racing style steering wheel with paddle shifters. The cockpit is perfect for this model.
The previous Ferrari California packs a naturally-aspirated 4.3 V8. The new California T offers more power and performance but uses approximately 15% less fuel, which should please the granola types (or their girlfriends).
The new look
While exterior modifications are minimal, they work to improve silhouette and keep items up to date. The cockpit seats four, however cramped. This one is lined in a rich yet sporty blue leather with perfect hand stitching. The blue interior ties to the blue brake calipers and both add a nice pop of color to the white coat. The quality of the materials used in every aspect of the new Ferrari California T is evident, especially the addition of the new infotainment system with a 6.5-inch touchscreen display.
Fun fact: The Ferrari California first hit the scene back in 2008.
