Dear Imagine Lifestyles,

I know you guys are experts on luxury rentals, and I often rent standard cars from Budget, Alamo, Hertz and the like.  Why would you suggest renting a luxury car over a standard car rental?

I often find very decent auto rentals through the standard route, and other than the fact that they are not Ferraris, they seem quite proper for most travel purposes.

Thanks for the inquiry; we are happy to explain how an exotic rental car can enhance a business or pleasure trip.

You are correct, standard car rentals can be appropriate for many situations, but there are times when a bit of indulgence is in order.  That is where a luxury car rental comes into play.  Life is short, and treating yourself to something really cool on occasion like a Ferrari rental or perhaps a Lamborghini rental is a fantastic way to rev you up inside.

Another good reason to occasionally rent an exotic or luxury car is to impress.  An example of this would be to perhaps knock the socks off of a potential new client on a prospecting trip.  Or perhaps you are thinking of making an anniversary or other special occasion that much more memorable.  There are so many reasons why a luxury car rental can be just the extra umph you did not know you were looking for.

So while a regular car rental may be perfectly suitable for you if you travel frequently, we feel that special occasions and important events call for something a bit more extravagant and exciting!  You definitely do not want to arrive to an important meeting or event in a Ford Focus.
