Ferrari has finally announced the latest addition to its fleet of prancing horses—meet the Ferrari F12 Berlinetta supercar! This beast has the capacity to rupture eardrums with a specialized V12, and is the most powerful road-going Ferrari ever!
Ferrari chairman Luca di Montezemolo often highlights various Ferrari models that cater to different clients, but when it comes to the V12 GT cars, it is serious business.
The F12 Berlinetta boasts a revamped version of the Ferrari FF engine, with the same 6262cc capacity and 65-degree configuration, but the power output is increased by about 80bhp to just over 730bhp (740CV), and it produces 509 torques. Basically, it is the most powerful road car from the brand to date.

Notable features of the most powerful Ferrari ever include:
• All-new aluminum space frame chassis
• New rear suspension layout
• Redesigned rear transaxle to reduce rear volume
• A smaller and more aggressive body than the 599 (which it replaces)
More good news is that Ferrari CEO Amedeo Felisa remains adamant that the brand will adhere to a V12 format, despite rising environmental pressure to move toward a smaller turbocharged configuration.
