Formula 1 driver Lewis Hamilton is rumored to have placed his order for a 2013 Pagani Zonda 760 LH. It does not take too many brain cells to discern what the ‘LH’ stands for…this will be a custom sports car!

While they will not sport your initials, you can take any of our exotic sports car rentals out for a spin when the need for speed strikes! You do not have to be a racing legend to feel like one for a day (or make it a weekend…it can be hard to hand the keys back over!).

This is not just another Pagani, people! It is the fastest and most powerful example ever created by the brand. While most F1 drivers drive ordinary vehicles, there are a handful that make wheely awesome choices!

Perhaps many F1 drivers opt for regular daily-drivers because nothing feels fast after driving an F1 racecar…it certainly isn’t a financial issue! F1 drivers earn an estimated $10 million per contract, not to mention individual sponsorships and the like–so it is a credible compliment to the brand (or just the model) when an F1 driver chooses to purchase a supercar! The Pagani Zonda may be the most under-rated hypercar in the world.

The dirty details:
The Zonda 760RS is a naturally aspirated 7.3-liter AMG-built V12 tweaked to 760 horsepower. The 760 LH will likely be based on the RS, but even faster, and loaded with carbon fiber! It seems that Hamilton wants a traditional manual transmission, and has a refreshing sense of humor: “My company car has a paddle-change gearbox, so when I drive for fun, I want a manual.”

It may take a while before Hamilton receives delivery, as each Zonda is meticulously built by hand, but it will certainly make headlines when it happens!
