BMW NY Auto Show

With an expansive history dating back to 1900, the New York International Auto Show went off without a hitch yet again this year.  Spanning ten days, the show ended on Sunday, May 1st as the final throngs were dispersed from the packed Javits Center.  The center was bursting with luxury cars and future exotic rental cars and auto fans.

Roaming the grounds at the Javits Center, over a century of automotive ingenuity and progress can be seen, with the luxury and exotic cars creating the most excitement.  The NY Auto Show has been held at the Javits Center since 1987, making it a sort of springtime tradition that attracts millions from around the globe.

Auto shows are the perfect arena for carmakers to tout their latest creations to the masses, with price tags from the modest to the extreme, and all in between.  The star of the show this year was the Bugatti Veyron, with a price tag of $1.4 million USD.
