It seems that fans residing stateside will not have the opportunity to take advantage of the latest from Aston Martin: the V12 Vantage convertible. The potent new convertible sports car will roll out to a limited few markets, and so far, the United States is not on the short list.
Does the convertible Vantage have the market advantage? We would not kick it out of our garage.
The hardtop version can be purchased in nearly all markets where Aston Martin is available, but if you want the topless version in the states, you may have to grab a hacksaw and get creative. Not recommended. With just 101 examples of the roadster planned for production, it will be a very valuable collector car.

U.S. launch for the V12 Vantage is looking unlikely

The convertible Vantage packs a 6.0-liter V12 pushing out 510 horses with a 6-speed manual transmission. It hits the 0-60 mark in 4.5 seconds with a top speed of 190 miles per hour, making it suitable for the commuting lane and landing drivers at the office early. Overall, the only real difference is the fact that the top drops, and buyers will drop some serious cash for that fun feature and the appreciation factor.

It is not 100% certain that the sports convertible will not make it here. Speculation is high because there has been no mention of U.S. marketing for the new sibling
