Engineers in Germany likely wanted to cry when they were given the task of crash testing the Bugatti Veyron! Bugatti has never officially revealed any images of crash testing, but these found their way to the Internet, as so many cool things tend to do! It is sad enough to see an exotic car crash involving a Bugatti…but an intentional event?

It is just an amazing sight to see a perfectly good supercar smashed under the guise of safety. I would buy one even if it were deemed the most dangerous deathtrap on the road…because at over 200 miles per hour, you are not going to make it anyway!

IIHS crash tested vehicles do not usually include low-volume, super-expensive and exclusive supercars like a Bugatti Veyron. Exotic cars of this caliber are generally tested by the manufacturers themselves during the rigorous production process.

Bugatti crash tested a number of Veyron prototypes between 2002 and 2005, with their engines and luxury amenities in tow.
