Some think that specialty after-market tuner Mansory has toned things down, and others find their latest works to be more brilliant and tasteful. Whatever side you find yourself on, the 1600 HP Mansory Aventador showing its stuff at the 2014 Geneva Motor Show is a showstopper. It is the Mansory Lamborghini Aventador Carbonado GT and it is spectacular!
Mansory 1,600 HP Lamborghini Aventador in Geneva
Mansory named this Aventador the Carbonado GT. It is based on the glorious Lamborghini Aventador LP700-4 and loaded with the signature carbon fiber and high-performance tweaking that is Mansory. The minds of Mansory managed to extort an unbelievable 1,600 horses from the stock Aventador, which is already packing 700. The powertrain remains the same 6.5-liter V12, but Mansory tacked on a set of oversized turbochargers and revisited some aerodynamic aspects to churn forth more frothing power from the monster. While the Lamborghini Aventador LP700-4 purred before, it screams like a feral beast now.
The sheer volume of carbon fiber on the Carbonado GT is extraordinary. At least there is no fear of the ultra-lightweight material adding any curb weight to the lady.
Notice the use of carbon fiber from nose to tail. The Carbonado GT was named for the pricey lightweight material, and the pattern used is a unique weave. The overall visual impact is reminiscent of a fighter jet. Mansory’s Bugatti based Vivere features a rather striking square carbon fiber weave, but it even pales in comparison to the Aventador Carbonado GT’s pattern.
Keep it up, Mansory, we look forward to more gravity-defying creations from you in the future.
The rear view of the Mansory Carbonado GT is not as extreme as the new Lamborghini Veneno.
